Body Mind Vinyasa

The style is Vinyasa Yoga which is a moving meditation that combines breath with movement as we create postures or Asana’s using the body to awaken mindful awareness, physical vitality, to improve circulation to the physical body and to bring stillness to the busy 21st century mind.
